Fold two-thirds of the other big rectangle piece. Place the two pieces of small rectangle felt at two sides of the folded two big rectangle pieces; sew the two sides with blanket stitch. Then sew edges of the bag cover.
Step 2: make the head of the love angel Sew a half-folded cord to the lower middle part of the bag cover. Fix the eyes and pink circles to each place with hot melt gun. Sew the mouth with two three strands of threads. Glue the head to the center of the bag lid to cover the cord.
Step 3: the ending work Stick the pink curly cords on the forehead with hot melt gun. Glue the blue piece on the lower part of the head and sew a button to a right place where the cords circle can tie the button. Stick wings at each side of the blue piece. Draw symbolic halo with black pen at the upper side of the head. Write “love angel� below. Then stick a heart shape felt at the back of the bag.
