ur subscription service offers a long lasting and ecologically sound alternative to cut flowers. Terrariums are also innovative and cost effective. As well as terrariums tailored specifically for your space, our bespoke options support a home grown craft industry. Hermetica London is committed to developing a network of plant growers and crafts people here in the UK, thus enhancing skills and employment opportunities. We benefit by developing a distinct style and exclusive designs through our network. Choosing our Gemstone and Crystal designs will support a growing handcraft industry. As an incentive, we apply one additional week of free subscription for every Gemstone and Crystal terrarium sold through your support and promotion. For every new subscriber you bring, we offer a month of free service. A corporate gifting service is also available at the end of your subcription.

GEMSTONE bespoke

emstone is currently the largest design in our handmade terrarium series. Inspired by the natural geometry found in plants and the ordered formation of crystals, Gemstone’s symmetrical shape and clean lines suit just about any interior style and exude a sense of luxury and elegance. Our bespoke series are made to order in London using traditional copperfoiling techniques. As part of our bespoke service, we can adapt the dimensions of Gemstone to perfectly match your interior design. Gemstone is yours to keep from 12 weeks. We only charge for maintenance and plant changes with our longer subscriptions, making it overall cheaper than our ready made service.

ermetica London’s ‘Ready Made’ service offers unique and versatile planted terrariums in a range of carefully sourced vessels, or in vintage and repurposed glassware. We adapt our style and planting to compliment your interior decor and available light. With options 5 and 6, we replace the terrarium several times throughout the duration of the subscription to give the whole display a fresh and inspiring new look. We are able to quote on a grouping of terrariums with styling and props for window, or seasonal displays and events. More information on styling and display can be found in additional services.

You may wish to gift your terrarium at the end of the subscription. If so, Hermetica London will replace all plants and deliver your terrarium to a London address for an additional £70.
Hermetica London also supplies mirrored display plinths for your terrariums. H90cm x W30cm x D30cm Plinths are priced at £200 each to buy, or £7/week to hire.
We are able to design and create large displays for windows, or special events and occasions. Email Ken Marten to arrange a consultation.

CANCELLATION POLICY Hopefully you will never need to refer to this page! We aim to resolve all issues that might arise promtly. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service within 1 month of commencement, we will offer a full refund of your subscription. After 1 month, refunds are set at the following rates for the remainder of the subscription: 50% for 12 weeks 60% for 26 weeks 70% for 52 weeks Cancellations for reasons other than dissatisfaction require 1 months notice.
