SITE LOCATION
Unfinished buildings are a scar on the city, where some residents are forced to live a self-sufficient life in buildings with no water or electricity. The project aims to take residents as the main body, the government provides assistance and guidance, and residents help each other, gradually occupy residential buildings, create a sharing community with gradually perfect functions, and provide new ideas for the transformation of rotten buildings and residents' self-rescue.

In the second phase, the dining room and kitchen space were expanded to provide better eating for more people, and the living space was reduced to 8 households and replaced with a U-shaped kitchen and a middle island.
The third level adds two bars to further increase the dining space, and the south is used for retail sales. The kitchen and dining room can be used to prepare food for sale.
The unit offers a bathing space to serve the community, provides 14 living Spaces, and has two kitchens for sharing.
In the second phase, more bathing and kitchen space were added for sharing between households, and the first floor living space was reduced to 10 households.
The third stage is used for recreation and physical life services, adding tea rooms, painting rooms, chess and card rooms, indoor sports rooms and medical service Spaces.

China's manufacturing industry has formed a "world factory" model dominated by the export of manufactured goods and processing trade, which is characterized by extensive growth relying on low labor force and low added value. This design focuses on the renewal of wholesale business in Gaudi Street, implementing new wholesale model in Gaudi Street wholesale commercial street, introducing functions such as business office, leisure and entertainment, shopping and sightseeing, fully exploiting Xudi cultural resources, developing commercial vitality space along the Jade Belt and exhibition and sales space covering wholesale and retail along the Gaudi Street. The commercial space focusing on clothing design provides innovative vitality for clothing brands. According to the development trend, the goods flow and passenger flow are separated, and the "confluence" shaped space increases the public activity space for the block. Overall create a business atmosphere that lasts for thousands of years, create a water town style, and protect the historical monuments of the business district.

MODE CONCEPT CROWD CHARACTERISTICS
High Street brand stores integrate the whole industrial chain, undertake design, manufacturing, publicity, marketing, sales to shops and customers. Attract customers through brand stores and increase profits.
At this stage, the leading industry of High Street is a large number of backward wholesale industry, a large number of goods flow into the block resulting in traffic jams, a large number of housing illegal transformation into warehouses, there is a greater fire risk.
To solve these problems, the project proposes the concept of a clothing themed block, which aims to form a community pattern by creating two surrounding Spaces.
Among them, the office building is located in the middle of the residence, and the residents' activity square is formed through the building enclosure. The top of the building is opened as a place for residents' movement and community greening.
The brand store is formed around the brand square, and tourists can better perceive the different brand buildings around the square and form brand impression. The brand building creates a brand store with memory points through the combination of volumes, different forms of advertising, indoor and outdoor markers, vertical traffic and indoor circulation
The two sections of High Street are mainly set up clothing brand stores to give full play to the reputation of High Street and attract surrounding customers. Retail buildings and residential buildings around the site are preserved, and designer studios are set in the middle of the residential buildings. At the same time, activity squares are provided for residents to upgrade the original industries and optimize the quality of life of residents

As sea levels rise, many parts of the globe are at risk of being submerged. This project chooses the Boston coastal community as the research object, and designs the three-level protection, under the tide to weaken the tide, the coastal buffer zone to prevent the storm surge, and the inland to build sponge communities to slow down the trend of sea level rise, and finally form a complete defense system to reduce the impact of sea level rise.

The district is located in the center of the city, with more than 100,000 residents living in the area, mainly facing problems such as old buildings, congested roads and lack of protection of historic buildings. In order to solve these problems, the team proposed to build the northern district into a historical and cultural theme district relying on the historical district of Gaudi Street, the eastern district relying on the commercial atmosphere of Beijing Road area to transform the old buildings into modern residences including the bottom business, and the southern district to make full use of the landscape of Haizhu Square and set up residents' squares inside the block to form green space system connecting points and lines.

The shape of plexiglass leaves is used to highlight the energy of the site and create visual sense of artistic collision. The wooden beams of old buildings are implanted to suggest the features of the site.

The house itself consists of three cuboid partitions. The largest of these volumes, the three-storey section, is the family's main residence. The second largest volume is half the size of the largest part and is used as public space, including a guest room and reception area. The two main volumes are connected by third volume, which is a long and narrow living space. All of these Spaces are internally visible and focus on the pool in the inner courtyard. A ramp connects the pool to the terrace on the second floor, which opens to the sky and is the most important part of the house. As Ando said, "The water reflects the shadow of the tree, and the breeze ripples." It's peaceful space that brings nature into everyday life." The house uses restrained colors: the walls are made of concrete, while the roof is made of granite and wood.

Sarajevo is located in the heart of the Dinarik Alps and the Balkans, at the meeting point of East and West. However, there is a serious shortage of housing in Sarajevo.
The affordable housing in Sarajevo, the Titoit Air housing, is quite old, and the lack of housing is an aggravating factor for the departure of large part of the younger generation. In addition, the few housing units built tend to be far from the city center. This suburban building policy led to relentless urban sprawl. There are still plenty of gaps to be built upstream of the city.
One example is the Marjin Dvor district, which marks the transition between historic city and modern one. The area is known as the city's current economic center, as evidenced by the recent construction of two magnificent shopping malls. However, many plots are still eligible and could accommodate projects that are more in line with the needs of the population. It is at one of these abandoned sites that the project is being carried out, at the Hastahana site (a former military hospital).

The exterior walls and structure of the building are mainly constructed with natural wood, presenting strong natural atmosphere. A blend of modern and rustic style, presenting simple yet comfortable look, combining nature with modernity to create a charming ambient atmosphere.
The ground floor is surrounded by wall of glass, which brings excellent natural light to the entire space, while allowing the outside view to blend with the interior space, allowing customers to enjoy their coffee from the comfort of their seats while enjoying the surrounding views. The terrace on the second floor provides better views for customers and is also suitable for parties.
