MOTIVATION LETTER To whom it may concern, My name is Andrina Addalia, I’m a second year medical student at Pelita Harapan University. I am the Local Exchange Officer for Incoming students of CIMSA UPH 2016 – 2017 and I’m ready to be the next National Exchange Officer 2017/2018. I started my career at organization when I joined CIMSA UPH at 2015. Begin my first year as a member and start to challenge my self at second year. I level up my potential and taking a big responsibility when I’m decided to be a Local Exchange Officer for Incoming UPH 2016/2017. Furthermore, becoming a LEO for one year make me realize that I love SCOPE (Standing Committee on Professional Exchange) more than I could imagine. Becoming a LEO feels like a dream come true. I got a chance to led SCOPE members and learn lot of things. I learn how to manage people, responsible for all that SCOPE members, respect each other and supervising a big event such as ATW (Exchange Fair) and PDT (PreDepature Training). This year, I’m starting to apply for National Exchange Officer (NEO) for Incoming. I feels that becoming a part of organization is like having a big family. I’m the one who always happy to meet new people and learn new things. I believe, becoming a NEO can challenge myself to be more independent and mature by exposing myself to a different environment. Based on my background, I feel like becoming a NEO IN is a suitable position for me. I’m an open-minded and an easygoing person and I’m willing to do everything for my job. I would give my one hundred percent for this position. Furthermore, I’m a responsible person and I’m a strict person. If something wrong, I’m able to say it's a wrong thing. In contrast, if I’m wrong, it’s okay to correct me because I’m not a stubborn person. I can help to move this organization to the next level for better efficiency. If I get accepted for this position, I’ll make every second count. I’ll learn as much as I can from the other officials because this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. PLAN OF ACTION Internal: 1. BONDING: -

Secret Angel (LEO, Member, NEC): secara random NEO akan memilih namanama nya dan siapa mengirim hadiah ke siapa. Hadiah bebas apa saja tidak bersyarat. 3 periode 1 kali.

2. CAPACITY BUILDING / SDM LEO: -

Membuat modul kerja atau ranah kerja LEO yang akan dikirim kepada seluruh LEO. Kerjasama: Secgen NEC

LEO wajib membuat ranah kerja SCOPE dan di presentasikan atau dijelaskan kepada seluruh member SCOPE aktif saat SCO-session pada up grading atau gathering. Indikator keberhasilan: Mengadakan pre-test and post-test kepada member. Kalau hasil post-test 75% naik, bearti berhasil!

NEC wajib mengirimkan 1 perwakilan NEC untuk datang ke acara upgrading atau gathering lokal.

Monthly Report (MR): 3 bulan 1 kali kirim MR.

Chatmeets: Tidak menentu. Kalau ada pengumuman baru dilaksanakan chatmeets.

Setiap LEO IN wajib mengirimkan foto-foto bersama incoming. Nanti di akhir kepengurusan, masing-masing LEO IN mendapat buku atau album foto berisi foto-foto seluruh incoming berserta LEO IN dari seluruh universitas. Kerjasama: MCC & PC NEC

Mengumpulkan setiap Learning Objective dan Evaluation Form dari setiap incoming sebagai bukti yang sah bahwa incoming telah melaksanakan internship di Indonesia. Kumpulkan setiap meeting nasional seperti OM, NLS dan MM. Kerjasama: PC NEC
