SALITRE 111
Central yet intimate
1 minute away from major avenues 1 side of the building faces the botanical garden 1 side facing calm stone-paved streets, calm yet at the centre of everything
Surrounded by well-maintained and colourful renovated buildings sporting pleasantly hued azulejos tiles as well as more massive stone edifices, Salitre 111 is the perfect synthesis of these two styles, mixing traditional Portuguese architecture with the comfort and clean design of modern living.

THE BUILDING OFFERS WIDE OPEN VIEWS ON THE HISTORICAL TREES, TOGETHER WITH THE OLD CITY CASTLE NEIGHBOURHOOD FROM THE GARDENS AND THE TERRACES.
It offers one of a kind views of its varied greenery as, further away, spreads the bustle of the Principe Real and Liberdade. Salitre 111 offers incredible balcony views and private gardens at the threshold of the beautiful wilderness of the garden.
With 10 units spread across 5 floors, this elegant building has been redesigned by architect Alexandre de Campos (Enter) and interior designer Julie de Halleux. The building has been totally refurbished keeping the charm of typical Portuguese historical buildings. The 10 apartments are full of light, facing the Botanical garden and overlooking the hills to the Castel. Salitre 111 offers 65m2 to 100m2 T1 to T2 +1 apartments, two of which with gardens, all of them with a stunning view on the Botanical Garden.
Elegant edifice
Private garden apartments At ground level, two beautiful two-bedroom apartments, respectively 83m² and 86m² and 75m² and 65m² private gardens with views on the botanical garden beyond. Fitted with open kitchens, dining and lounge areas, their bright open plan living spaces allow to take in the beauty of their large private gardens and the Botanical garden beyond.
Interiors The apartments keep the essence of typical historical Lisbon edifices, like wooden elements (doors, panels, floors), moldings, copper details, handmade azulejos, tailor made kitchens with marble finishes and SMEG appliances. The bathrooms are equipped with vintage style porcelain tubs and sinks and classical copper elements.
The floors are traditional geometric azulejos tiles. The traditional balconies’ railing and structure are charcoal coloured. The apartments are full of light, graceful curves and exquisite angles: stylish but never ostentatious.
The kitchen combines the substance of natural Portuguese marble with oak floorings, the effect is enhanced by high-grade clear teak and white cabinets. The equipment is stylish and high-end, with SMEG or similar equipment.
In the bathroom, we can find the same sustained level of quality and elegance, with beautiful clawfoot tubs, classical copper rain shower heads as well as white porcelain pedestal bathroom sinks and wall-hung toilets. The bathroom’s floor is decorated with traditional geometric azulejos tiles.
