Welcome to the Detox Lite Program!
Born out of our mission to improve people’s health with the power of plants, Your Super produts are nutritionally formulated with only five to six ingredients and nothing more. No fillers, gums, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
This 5-day program is based on bringing science and nature together for full-body healing through a plant-based diet. Completing this Detox Lite can help you improve and optimize your body’s functions and clean your system. This program aims to give you a boost in natural energy, improved sleep, clearer skin, better focus, and less bloating. We look forward to hearing from you once you “reset” your body - please, share how you feel!

All you need to do is follow 3 simple steps, for 5 days
Take Grateful Gut Mix first thing in the morning when you wake up, ideally on an empty stomach - we recommend making an instant celery water by 2 tsp with water or coconut water – done!
Enjoy a tasty smoothie as your breakfast, make sure to add Skinny Protein Mix to this as the plant-based protein is highly absorbable, easy to digest and can help keep you full longer. Option here to also add Super Green to your smoothie.
As you prepare your lunch for the day, make yourself a Green Juice or Green Water with Super Green Mix.
It’s important to be flexible with yourself, choose from the recipes found on page 12 and tailor every day to suit your needs.

Swap banana for 1/2 avocado for creaminess and 1 pitted date for sweetness. You can also add 1 cup (frozen) mango.
Don’t like spinach? Use kale, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, or zucchini.
Don’t like mango? Use pineapple instead.
Replace blueberries with any other berry including strawberries or raspberries.

Add mix and water into a glass and mix well. Add lemon to taste.
Green Routine Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp Skinny Protein Mix
1 cup (frozen) pineapple
2 handfuls spinach
1 (frozen) ripe banana
1/2 lime, juice and zest
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth. 2. Pour into a glass.
3. Enjoy!

Add all ingredients into a juicer, and serve into your favorite glass. No juicer? No problem.
Blend all ingredients into a high-speed blender, and strain with a cheesecloth before serving.

1. Become consistent with at least one element of the detox. Did you love your morning Grateful Gut water? Great. Keep that up. The more consistent you can be, the more confident you will become and the more you can build onto this as you notice results.
2. Habit stack where possible Making your lunch?–Stack that with making yourself a healthy juice or water as well.
3. Prep beforehand
Is finding the time to exercise, or whatever it may be, stopping you from doing the task at hand? Prep. Prep your clothes the night before so they are ready, or block out time in your calendar so it feels achievable.

Why are coffee and caffeine not allowed during the detox?
Because caffeine is metabolized in the liver, which is your body’s main filtration system, caffeine is excluded from the 5-Day Detox. Caffeine also affects the digestive system and therefore can impede the effectiveness of the detox.
Do I have to do the detox for the full 5 days?
For the best results, you should follow the detox for the full 5 days. In the future, you can do the detox once a month or do a couple of detox weeks in a row - listen to your body. Kristel detoxes for a full 5-days once every 3 months! She loves keeping many of the detox daily rituals in her every day life, like drinking Grateful Gut Detox Water, drinking superfood smoothies and lattes, and eating plant-based.
What can I eat during the detox?
We recommend you follow a plant-based diet for optimal results during the 5-days. But if that is too far from your regular eating routine, just focus on adding the drinks to your regular eating pattern. We recommend having the smoothie as your breakfast, followed by a healthy, wholegrain plantbased salad for lunch, and a light dinner.
Can I do the detox while following healthcare treatments?
It depends on the treatments, so always consult with your doctor. In general, this detox is all about refueling your body with nutrients, which in most cases is healthy for everyone!
Can I work out during the detox?
Some people feel fine to continue with their normal exercise routine, while others prefer lighter exercise such as yoga or walking during the 5-day detox. If you feel tired or have a slight headache from the detox, make sure to listen to your body and don’t overdo it.
What happens after the detox?
Reflect on your experience using page 31. We recommend that you keep some of these healthy habits going throughout your day, whether it’s drinking a superfood smoothie, sipping on a latte in the evening, or eating more plant-based.
