THE  NEWLY  FORMED  Middlebury  chapter  of  Showing  Up  for  Racial  Justice,  along  with  the  Champlain  Valley  Unitarian  Universalist  Society,  organized  a  vigil  in  downtown  Middlebury  Thursday.  One  goal  of  the  chapter  is  to  raise  voices  against  institutional  racism  in  America.  The  crowd  repeated  the  names  of  people  of  color  killed  by  police  in  2016.
