What is the commitment? Flexible Learning! • The programme represents a light commitment of five sessions over three months including two full days or seven interactive digital sessions. • The course is delivered online through blended learning sessions which includes a combination of talks, interactive workshop sessions (delivered using contemporary tools such as Mural and Miro) exercises and set group work.
• All course materials including recorded sessions and group memberships are available on our online learning platform. • Preset and proven tools including personal journaling, knowledge checks and evidence recording to a personal folder used to collect your learning evidence for certification. • Our course is led by an experienced trainer who will guide you through the requirements and ensure you collect the evidence required to pass.
Interactive Learning A range of tools! • Gain access to a learning group online to share thinking, experiences and to develop shared insights and practice.
• Experience group learning in interactive sessions using virtual ideaLAB workspaces on MURAL and MIRO. • Build on your experiences through development of a personal learning journal.
• Participate in interactive learning games for groups and individuals. • Complete light tasks using digital knowledge checks and exercises to reinforce and affirm learning. • Collaborate on group innovation projects with participants from your own and other organisations.
