UNFOLD FRINGE IN THE MALL Gawler Place Canopy, Rundle Mall 17 February – 19 March Adelaide’s Rundle Mall is the longest and one of the busiest malls in Australia attracting 450,000 visitors each week! BY DAY Artist Tent 10am – 8pm daily Fringe Club is your space to do your work, hold meetings, relax and attend special events. There is plenty of room for everything from circus training to costume mending or an afternoon nap. The Artist Tent in the Fringe Club is fitted out with computers and a photocopier for your use, along with areas to plug in your laptop and access Wi-Fi. There are also handy stationary items to help with your postering and flyering. We’ll be on hand to offer advice and support and a series of events and forums are also held in the Fringe Club throughout Fringe. All designed to help you get the best out of the festival. Details of events are on pages 5, 8-17.
BY NIGHT Tuesday – Sunday, 5pm – 3am. Closed Mondays Food & beverages available. Open from 5pm throughout the Fringe, the Fringe Club is the perfect place to relax and grab a bite before you head off to your show, or come in later to dance the night away and be entertained by special guest acts curated by our amazing hosts. Every night is a surprise with acts you may not see anywhere else. WHERE TO POSTER Adelaide Fringe provides 5 giant free poster pillars and a poster board around the city for you to use to advertise your Fringe event. It’s illegal to poster on poles around the city or on private property such as walls, fences, and businesses. Make sure you chat to businesses like cafes and pubs before putting posters in their venue. CUSTOMER DOORLIST REPORT At 60 mins before the start of your show, all tickets will go off sale to FringeTIX. At this point you will need to pull a final Customer Door List. This report will show you who has purchased tickets or has complimentary tickets to your performance. Customers will either have ‘Printed’ or ‘Not Printed’ listed against their name. Customers with ‘Not Printed’ have nominated to collect their tickets at the venue Box Office. Simply admit these patrons by ticking their name off on the report, or purchase raffle tickets for your front-of-house to use. Problems on the door? Please call us on 8100 2012, we are on hand to help you until midnight every night of the festival!
ADELAIDE FRINGE BOX OFFICE SETTLEMENT REPORT This report displays your total sales less ticketing fees and charges. The amount displayed in the ‘Net Value’ column is what will be paid to you from Adelaide Fringe at box office settlement time. EVENT CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS Email requests to ticketing@adelaidefringe.com.au or visit us in the Artist Tent in the Fringe Club. Please notify us with as much time as possible so that we can tell your customers. We will do our best to move them to another of your performances, but customers are entitled to a refund in the event of a cancellation. Cancelled sessions/events are marked as cancelled on the website and FringeTIX will contact any patrons who have purchased tickets on your behalf. FringeTIX retains the artist inside charge on all tickets refunded as a result of the cancellation.
