About SAK SAK is a leading construction company that was founded in Gaza, Palestine in 1987. Today, the company has regional offices throughout Gaza and the West Bank, and has successfully completed more than 150 projects in different fields with a total value of more than 300 million US dollars. As per the Palestinian Standard Contractors Union classification, SAK is classified as a first grade contractor in all five fields: roads, buildings, electro mechanics, water and wastewater. SAK's high-rate of development has ultimately led to a firm with a well-built technical capacity and a strong financial capability. With a capital of 18 million USD and a highly qualified team, our high quality products, ontime delivery, and within-budget projects, proudly make SAK a first choice for many clients.

Project management methodology Health and safety, quality, and risk management are amongst the essential themes in SAK's project management methodology. For instance, SAK is ISO-9002 certiďŹ ed since 1999 and embeds OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) code of safe practices in its projects.
What w SAK stands at the top of water industry in Palestine. With the trust of our clients, we have managed to successfully implement the most complex water projects in Palestine. SAK is proud to have executed the lion's share in the USAID INP II projects, with a value of 50 Million USD, SAK has implemented 7 different projects 2 of which we acted as a main contractor. In the period 2014 to 2016 alone, we have managed to construct 14 large scale reservoirs with a capacity ranging from 1000 to 5000 M3, ďŹ ve booster stations with a capacity of at least 19000 M3 per day. SCADA and PLC solutions have been implemented at the most advanced level in the majority of our executed projects.

These projects include treatment plants, infiltration basins, ponds, effluent pumping stations, storm water reservoirs, in addition to gravity and pressure sewer lines. With a capacity of 25,000 M3 per day SAK currently is implementing one of the three largest treatment plants in Gaza Strip,

BuildingS SAK has extensive and rich hands-on experience in implementing buildings on a turnkey basis, utilizing the most advanced technology in HVAC, BMS, and other systems, SAK has executed a diverse range of buildings such as commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, banks and housing projects. SAK is proud to have constructed three of the largest hospitals in Gaza Strip.

Heavy Machinery SAK's multi-million-dollar eet underpins SAK's ability to undertake various projects simultaneously. Our eet includes drilling rigs, excavators, loaders, motor graders, compactors, rollers, dozers, backhoes, bobcats, dump trucks hydraulic hammers, air compressors, cranes with capacities up to 75 tons, a wide range of generator sets, and a rock trencher with the highest capacity in Palestine.

Formwork and scaffolding Our recent large scale projects have shifted us to owning the most advanced systems for concrete shuttering. In addition to ensuring safety, we seek high quality on time work through the most advanced formwork system wall and slab formwork, climbing systems, working and faรงade scaffolds and formwork.
Enterprise Resource Planning With the evolving day to day technology, SAK has successfully implemented an advanced ERP system throughout all the company's activities. SAK is currently one of the only contracting companies in Palestine using a high-tech software to process its management activities.
