4. Evaluation.      

Germany will do their own. One for teachers and one for students. We have to be mindful to do all the things we said we were going to do in the application. Discussion about if we can fulfill all the goals in the application. o We could translate some of the brochures and publish in our countries. That would be a Multi-lingual activity. o Workshop in Portugal on new social media platforms. o We have a valid reason not to do some of the activities in the application. If we have to, we can justify it in the final report and Erasmus will accept it. o eTwinning for students to get in touch with each other on a safe platform “the can” as it says in the application. We will put it in the program for Finland. => e-twinning workshop for students, they will make a forum and we will upload their discussions there.

Iceland is keeping a sway-diary (Office 365) of all the mobilities. Finland is using Joomla for a similar purpose. Slovenia has a padlet-page where they put up all their stuff, access through the schools homepage. They also have a log in google docs.

5. What has been achieved so far? 

Everybody pleased with the activities.

We would like to have the material on our webpage. o We could translate the material. That would fulfill our goals for using other languages than English (see application). o Germany will send to Adil soon so that we can be done with the translations by the 18th of March.

Discussion about the students communicating on-line between meetings. They do it on their own platforms – so that will be what we report back
