◦ Protection for those who fear danger and persecution in their home countries
◦ High costs and long waitings times ◦ Legal problems with those who can not stay
Conclusion & our opinion ◦ Germany does care for the refugees checking every application individually ◦ Good that they get protection if they need it & giving them the same rights ◦ But it takes very long until decision is made ◦ Definition of „safe countries“ is unclear in our opinion Afghanistan is not a safe country
