Pangkon is Balinese Restaurant located in Tampaksiring, Bali. The owner ask me to rebrand her Restaurant. She need something new and need to be refreshed. I stay there whole day, learn and observe the activity, guest behavior, food taste and their staff and services. I had many ideas that I got from their shape, building, element to execute, and here you are. She choose one of them and don't need to revise.
