To train teachers on the kind of assessments that exist according to Haley & Austin (2004)
Analysis of the kind of assessment used in the school.
ACTIONS Present teachers the different assessments that exist accoriding to Haley and Austin (2004) Placement Progress Evaluation of instruction Alternative assessments Due to the presentation teachers will analyze in groups the different assessment implement in the school if any. They will also discuss in groups what changes could be done regarding students and teachers needs. They will justify their reasons of changing. Whole discussion

Change of the assessment
To share finding after implementation of the new assessment
Due to the analysis and changes proposed teachers will implement the new assessment proposed if any. This new assessment proposal will be analyzed after a month of implementation. Teachers will share the impact of the changes. Advantages and disadvantages if any. At the end of the semester responsible will share their finding after implementing the assessment during 6 months.
