Summer message from the LCLL

Colleagues, at the start of this academic year we considered the complex environment in which we are all working. As we near the end of an exceptionally busy one, change is still very much in the wind ...free schools, clusters, academies, cuts... and next? And so, it becomes ever more important to know and consider the strategic intent of your organisation. Where do you stand in the educational landscape, what are your values, your ambitions for your organisation? Leadership development is so important at this time as you position yourself in this environment.
