Our photo-quality imprints are coated with a crystal clear doming resine on a Static Cling (Item PCW), Permanent Adhesive (Item PDD) or Repositionable Adhesive (Item PRS). Our domed coating is tough yet flexible with UV, scratch and scuff resistant properties and can be produced in any shape and size without setup or die charges. Domed decals can be used in all applications from industrial environments to extreme outdoor applications on plastic, metal or glass surfaces. Email your artwork to request free Virtual Samples prepared within 24 business hours.
Artwork
Either EPS or AI vector is preferred; however, TIF and JPG files with a resolution of 300 DPI or higher at required product size are also acceptable. In some cases the doming process can slightly alter the Pantone colors. All attempts will be made to match Pantone specifications when they are supplied with the artwork.
Production Time
Production time is within 5 to 7 business days after artwork approval, for orders of 1000 units or less.
Pre-Production Sample
Return Orders
No orders may be returned without prior authorization from the factory. Disputes and claims must be made in writing to the factory within 5 business days following the receipt of the merchandise.
Cancelations
Due to the custom nature of our products, any order cancelled or changed after production has started will be invoiced for all items produced up to the time of cancellation.
Shipping
FOB Calais, ME for US customers FOB Dieppe, NB (Canada) for customers from Canada and all other countries.
Large Quantity Orders
Physical custom samples are available at $5.00 per sample plus shipping cost.
For orders over 2500 units, please contact factory for custom quotes and delivery times.
Less than Minimum orders
Rush Charges (If rush production is possible)
For less than minimum orders, multiply the number of units to be ordered by the 100 unit cost of the item, then add $59 (g) to the total cost of the order. Use 25 unit quantity pricing for less than minimum cost of name and window badges.
Payment information
All first orders are to be prepaid, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Orders Acknowledgements
All purchase orders are acknowledged with a Proforma Invoice to be approved, signed and returned by fax before production can start.

Domed Imprints Will Never Fade or Wear Off
For production times of 4 days or less add 10% to the product cost for covering over production to meet quantities ordered.
