divided into 9 monthly installments, October - June. Residents may also elect to pay in 3 quarterly installments.

Between 24-72 hours after submitting your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) to UCR, your NetID and password will also let you into the MyHousing.ucr. edu portal to submit your Residence Hall Contract and required fees.

For Fall Quarter, if you submit your Residence Hall Contract by May 10, First Years (AKA Freshman students) will be guaranteed residence hall housing for the 2023-24 academic year.

Contract submissions will continue to be accepted after May 10 until all residence hall spaces are filled. Students may be placed on a waiting list based on their contract submission date until a space is available. But space cannot be guaranteed after May 10.
