How to Add a Description to a Pin From the account menu, the PLUS icon (located in the lower part of the screen) should be selected, and then the relevant Pin chosen. Next, the Create button (found on the upper part of the screen) needs to be clicked on. This will bring up the layout of the Pin, ready to add a description. You can also drag and drop an image that was designed earlier.
