We’re back! Back in the Minneapolis Convention Center.

This year the 2023 Twin Cities Auto Show again reflects the industry as a whole. Like the industry that has been set back with inventory shortages, the Twin Cities Auto Show is likewise more compact. But, also like the post pandemic industry we are bursting with innovation and change.

The factory displays will be brimming with new vehicles and “next year” models that will be sure to impress. And all of it will be in the safe climate controlled environment that will make the comparison of makes and models a lot of fun. Electric Vehicles and the emerging technology that they represent will again be at the forefront of the Twin Cities Auto Show. Not only will there be more EVs on the Show Floor in every brand’s space, but the Electric Neighborhood, powered by Xcel Energy will be back and bigger than ever. Centering the EV Neighborhood, located in the Ballroom, will be our own multi-brand EV Ride and Drive. You can sign up for a free test drive and a professional driver will ride along. Experience the thrill of driving the latest in this new technology right from the Ballroom.

Meanwhile, many of the favorite promotional days in the past will be returning to the Twin Cities Auto Show, including:

• Military night – On Tuesday, April 4th the Twin Cities Auto Show will again host active and veteran military personnel with free admission and their families will get in at a reduced rate. At 7:00pm a ceremony will honor veterans and include contributions to two veterans organizations, the DAV of Minnesota and MACV.

• Half Price Day – Wednesday, April 5th the cost of a ticket is only $8.50.

• Career Day – Thursday, April 6th representatives from dealerships across the state will be on hand to talk to students and other prospective employees about the advantage of working at a new car dealership.

• Auto Show

After Dark – Friday, April 7th is the unofficial “date night” at the Twin Cities Auto Show as we lower the lights and let guests examine the many lighted features of today’s new cars and trucks.

• Luxury Lane is another popular feature that returns to the Twin Cities Auto Show.

But no matter if you’re looking for the most expensive car in the market today, a truck, or an entry level vehicle the Auto Show is the best place to compare brands and makes all under one roof. Be sure to talk to the display professionals and listen closely to their presentations about the vehicles.

WE TURN THE LIGHTS DOWN LOW

On Friday, April 7th at 6pm we turn the lights down low in the convention center and turn the lights UP on the cars. Today’s vehilces are a technological wonder, and the lighting systems are all part of this.

Exclusive to the Twin Cities Auto Show, After Dark is your chance to view the magnificent lights, monitors and style of the latest vehicles all within a night time atmosphere.

RAM Truck Territory (RTT) is the ultimate in-truck adventure demonstrating the power and capabilities of the RAM Truck lineup. RTT will offer consumers the opportunity to get inside a 1500, 2500 and 3500 and experience the technology, interior refinement and capabilities of the on a course designed to highlight offroad and vocational capabilities such as towing, payload and torque. Professional drivers will drive guests around a course that highlights the suspension and ground clearance as they navigate over staggered steel culverts. A high banked wedge that is 6’ tall, 70’ wide with a 30-degree tilt will demonstrate both stability and body strength as the trucks conquer the wedge. Guests will feel the traction and experience hill descent technology on the RAM Mobile Mountain, a 13’ tall, 30- yard long mountain with 30-degree approach & departure angles. RAM 3500 passengers will experience the best-in-class towing and technology features as the hook up to the Tow Tower and lift the weighted block to simulate best-in-class towing capabilities. RAM 2500 passengers will experience the torque as the trucks lift a 7,000 pound wall. Finally, RAM 1500 passengers will encounter the technology zone where they will learn more about the camera technology, four corner active level suspensions system and multi-function tailgate among other key features during their course experience.
