The year of 2020 demands both vision and action from those at the forefront of growing our economy, across private enterprise and all levels of government.
Business and industry leaders from a wide spectrum in tropical North Queensland have spent many months developing their vision entitled Pathway to Prosperity (released late in 2019) which is a manifesto featuring catalytic infrastructure investments and policy reforms across eight infrastructure and eight policy areas.
This QLD Budget submission is centred around those Pathway to Prosperity initiatives with greatest importance at State level – across sectors including health, roads, water security, education, marine maintenance, agriculture, tourism and arts and culture.
