EVALUATION OF 2018-2020 CHIP IMPACT – MISSION HOSPITAL This report evaluates the impact of the 2018-2020 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). Mission Hospital responded to community needs by making investments of direct funding, time, and resources to internal and external programs dedicated to addressing the previously prioritized needs using evidence-based and leading practices.
