For 2015, the median sales price of a Single Family Home in Hawaii Kai was $1,125,000! This is an amazing 15% increase from 2014 median sales price which was $977,500.

Sales Volume Up, In Spite of Lower Inventory

The number of single family homes sold in Hawaii Kai in 2015 was 10% higher than in 2014, 196 homes sold compared to 178 in 2014. This increase occurred in spite of 4% less new listings in 2015.

Condos in Hawaii Kai Selling Quickly

Across Oahu, the median sales price of a single family home rose 3.7% from $675,000 in 2014 to $700,000 in 2015.
