ADVENTURES Mountain Bike Guiding Chamonix is one of the most spectacular settings in the world, and perfect for getting you fit and focused on your mountain biking skills. However much experience you already have, there is no doubt that a week tearing up the technical trails in the Chamonix valley will jump start your summer biking.
Trail Running Week In partnership with an independent local specialist Adventure Base are running trail running weeks for runners of all abilities to train alongside like-minded people in a focused yet relaxed setting. Whether you’re a recreational runner, or a serious athlete, the benefits of a concentrated week’s training, especially at altitude, is immeasurable. Experienced and knowledgeable personal trainers will be with you daily to monitor your fitness and advise you on ways of improving efficiency and strength. Road Biking The ultimate training week for anyone wanting to improve their road riding in the stunning setting of the French Alps. Covering up to 600km of riding and 11,000m of climbing the week takes in varying climbs and routes, some of which you may recognise from the Tour de France. We look to maximise the amount time spent in the saddle, improve your performance and help you achieve your training goals. Starting with distances of between 60 – 80 km/4 hours per day and gradually working up to 100km – 140km/6 hours per day, on mountain routes and passes.
