Low & High Ropes Courses Overview • Ropes courses are a set of indoor (and outdoor) challenging elements/obstacles that are created for a participant to conquer. • A low ropes course is generally set at less than one meter off the ground with the participant harnessed by way of a lanyard, secured to the course. • Low ropes courses are ideal for people who are a little apprehensive of heights and kids, who still want to have a challenge. Parents or partners can then walk next to the participant and provide assistance as they go from one element to another. • They are perfect for personal development and provide an excellent platform for people to improve the spatial awareness, balance, trust and confidence. • High ropes courses are the same as low ropes courses, with the exception that they are set at least 3m off the ground, and can go as high as 10m or higher. • High ropes courses can be built in a number of ways, either suspended or counter levered off the buildings own structure, or through columns built from the ground to ceiling.

Fun Walls Overview • Fun walls, which are an extension of the traditional climbing wall and use auto belay lines, are walls, which are themed and provide a colourful and memorable climbing experience. • Fun walls are generally ideal for kids, but adults can have just as much fun on them. • The funwalls an excellent introduction for kids to enjoy the climbing experience, before taking it to the next level and making it more of a hobby and lifestyle. • Weight restrictions will apply, with the minimum weight being 15kg and the maximum being 120kg – this means that kids from as young as 3-4yrs old will be able to climb.

Indoor Urban Bike Park Overview • The urban bike park will be a combination of easy, medium and hard trails, set around the purpose built indoor area. • Using a combination of different materials, the urban bike park will test the ability and skills of the rider over concrete, wood and stones. • Various obstacles that are created to challenge the participants but in a controlled and safe environment. • All participants will be required to wear safety equipment and bike rentals will be available for those who do not have the necessary equipment.
11
Tunnels & Caving Overview • The tunnel system weaves around taking participants on an underground journey. • An assortment of features, the tunnels are as realistic as one would find in nature. • Participants strap on their helmets with torches and explore the system. • Suitable for kids and adults, the tunnels are well ventilated and provide a very safe environment for a lot of fun.

Next Steps Overview • Agree on the type of activities to be installed and scale for the development. • Conduct a feasibility study in order to accurately price each activity. • Discuss the operational requirements and options. • Mobilize the development and construction of the project.
