PREMIER DESTINATION… Two new stores will soon become part of the Home Central family, the premier destination for your home and recreational needs. Pictured, VALAD Property Group’s Development Executive, Chris Piasente. Photo: Alicia Zeqir

AS developers of Home Central in Shepparton, the VALAD Property Group have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that Home Central continues to be the premier destination for all of your at home and recreational needs. VALAD Property Group’s Development Executive, Chris Piasente said, “It has been a big 12 months behind the scenes, but we are very pleased to announce the arrival of two new stores to the centre in the coming weeks. “Nationally branded and 100% Australian owned and operated,

Pillow Talk is one of the largest home linen specialists in Australia and we are proud to welcome them to Home Central and to Shepparton. “Pillow Talk can be found throughout New South Wales and Queensland, but we are very excited to secure their very first Victorian store which we expect will be open for business in July. Pillow Talk will be a fantastic new employer and retail option for the Shepparton community. “Along with Pillow Talk, we are also excited to welcome Provincial Home Living to the centre. Provincial Home Living will

be moving from their existing store in Shepparton’s CBD to a larger space here at Home Central during August, which is great news for the centre and will provide Provincial Home Living customers with greater access to the store’s much loved collection. “The inclusion of these two stores shows a great deal of confidence in the town, which is good news for the community as a whole. “The two new stores will also be an ideal fit with our existing retailers like Fantastic Furniture, Godfreys, Forty Winks, Pets Domain, BCF and Plush who offer great lifestyle and leisure options to visitors of the precinct. “We also hope to announce a number of other new retailers over the next three to six months, which is exciting. “Roadworks along Benalla Road including our new entry is expected to be completed over the coming weeks and this will open the area up to better traffic flow and is also ideally timed for our own improvement works. We will be undergoing some new re-branding as well as general improvements including widening the entrance via the roundabout and re-landscaping. We’ve really listened to the tenants about what they want and we are working closely with them to continue to improve the centre.” Home Central is proud to have again signed as a major sponsor of the GVFL for the third year in a row. Chris said, “Supporting the local community has always been very important to us and our sponsorship of the GVFL is a very positive association.” Call in and discover all that Home Central has to offer at 290 Benalla Road, Shepparton (opposite Bunnings).
