‘Ahoy there me hearties’ GET on board for plenty of fun, free entertainment at Riverside Plaza these school holidays. Week one of the Riverside Plaza School Holiday Program kicks off on Tuesday, September 22, with free pirate and fairy themed craft activities where ‘kids’ will enjoy decorating their very own pirate sword or fairy wand with the girls from Enchanted Rainbow. Sessions offered from 11am to 2pm, Tuesday to Thursday. Week two of the holidays promises to be just as fun-filled with Shelley and her girls offering the little ones a chance to create and take home their very own pirate or fairy snow globe. Enchanted Rainbow will be at the plaza from 11am to 2pm, Tuesday,

September 29, Wednesday, September 30 Thursday and October 1. Riverside Plaza Marketing Coordinator, Lyndal Ford said, “In addition to all the free fun happening from Tuesday through to Thursday, both weeks of the holidays, parents and their kids can now also wander over to Fun City for awesome fun for the whole family. Free School Holiday Fun at the Marketplace THE Shepparton Marketplace has two fun-filled weeks of free activities and craft sessions to entertain the ‘kids’ these school holidays! The first week will see the arrival of a pirate jumping castle and plenty of air time assured as bouncing sessions open from 11am to 3pm from Monday, September 21 to Wednesday, September 23. From 11am to 2pm Thursday, September 24 to Saturday, The Chocolate Apple Factory will be hosting Chocolate Freckle Workshops where ‘kids’ will enjoy some sweet creating! Week two of the holidays is sure to be just as fun for the little ones, with the girls

from Enchanted Rainbow providing craft sessions from 11am to 2pm daily. The ‘kids’ will love creating their choice of pirate hats or fairy wings, from Monday, September 28 to Saturday, October 3. Shepparton Croquet Club All children from the age of ten upwards, who are interested to learn a fun game of Golf Croquet, are invited to come along and have a hit of croquet on Friday, September 25 from 1:30pm to 3pm, at the Shepparton Croquet Courts in Winston Street, Shepparton (behind the Gowrie Street Primary School oval). If this session is successful and interest is shown, we will run another session on Friday, October 2. Please wear sneakers or flat shoes, all other equipment will be supplied. Giveaway promotion rewards more shoppers LAST weekend Home Central celebrated the start of the Goulburn Valley Football League (GVFL) Finals Series at their ‘Pop Up’ Garden. ‘Live’ on stage was the real ‘Hastie’ Premiership Cup and shoppers were invited to come up and have their photo taken holding it. As part of this unique event, a ‘Footy Hunt’ was also organised where mini ‘footys’ were hidden throughout Home Central’s stores.
