The price for the only Philip Johnson house in Dallas, which has been on the market since 2014, dropped by $8 million. Built in 1963, the 11,000-square-foot architecturally significant house on Strait Lane has six bedrooms, a media room and a tennis court on six acres. First listed at $27.5 million five years ago, it’s now $19.5 million.
