North Haven Gardens’ designer pumpkins offer varieties of color and sizes.

When pumpkins arrive at North Haven Gardens, fall arrives with them. Neighbors annually mark the summer transition when the first 18-wheeler filled with the festive gourds rolls up.

Cody Hoya, general manager of North Haven Gardens, says the company’s designer pumpkin selections this year vary in colors and shapes perfect for decorating and cooking.

Among the options you’ll find at North Haven Gardens, Hoya typically six to eight weeks outside, and longer inside, depending on where they are placed,” Hoya says. “After enjoying pumpkins for fall decorating, they’re wonderful in pies, soups and smoothies.”

North Haven Gardens offers popular Succulent Pumpkin Workshops during the season on September 21 and October 5, Hoya says.

“These classes feature tips on decorating pumpkins with living succulents and dressing them up without cutting them open,” Hoya says. “Workshops can also
