It gives medium-sized employers benefits management technology previously only available to large corporates. It comes at no extra cost to our clients. ADVO Online (along with your account manager) will help you to administer multiple policies with ease. It comes with a bespoke flexible benefits platform if desired. And it can run all kinds of reports including P11Ds. For staff, ADVO Online offers information about their personal benefits and how to make the most of them. Its retail discount portal, health-treatment locators and Total Reward Statements are bound to be popular.
ADVO Online reduces the complexity of administering different benefits, and makes it easier to maintain accurate data and cut down on time spent cross-referencing.

SOME challenges ADDRESSED BY ADVO ONLINE Where more than one benefit is offered, it is important to avoid replication of tasks and keep membership information consistent.

USER-FRIENDLY & SECURE ADVO Online is simple and secure, both for group secretaries and employees. It is available through an internet browser and will work on tablets and smart phones.
The site is tailored to match the client’s corporate colours.
All policy specific information is available by product or employee including P11D Reports, Policy documentation, Key Features / Hospital listings / Claim forms, claim reports & invoicing.
When an employee is added, they are automatically linked to policies (with or without dependents, as appropriate). The reverse is the case when removing an employee. Records of amendments and membership history are stored centrally for insurer renewal management. Any changes requested are flagged in the ADVO account manager’s online daily diary. A simple traffic light system confirms status.
Flex & Total Reward Statements for employees ADVO Online includes any flexible benefits an employer wishes to offer. The Flex Benefits portal is tailor-made and matches your company branding.
Total Reward Statements include all benefits including those without monetary value.
Treatment locator The treatment locator will give you access to the local hospitals covered by your health insurance policy. Access to location and the hospital’s website is also avaliable.
ADVO PERKS PERKS is a retail discount scheme which can be integrated with ADVO Online. Any employee looking to save money on day-to-day purchases will be brought to the employer’s benefits website each time.
