Mr José Domingo GÓMEZ CASTALLO Academic background: - Degree in Psychology, Universidad Complutense, Madrid. - Degree in Law, Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), Madrid. - Master in Business Administration (MBA), Instituto de Empresa, Madrid. Professional experience: In the past: - Member of the Spanish Parliament (MP) - Secretary General of the “Spanish Federation of Town Councils and Provinces” (“Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias”). - Secretary General of the Spanish Consumers’ Union (Unión de Consumidores de España- UCE), - Editor of the “Citizen” (“Ciudadano”) magazine. - Director General of the National Institute of Consumer Affairs (Instituto Nacional de Consumo-INC) at the Ministry of Health and Consumers Affairs, - Chairman of the European Advertising Standard Alliance (EASA). Currently: Director General of the Spanish advertising self-regulation organisation, AUTOCONTROL (Asociación para la Autorregulación de la Comunicación Comercial). Guest Teacher in Master courses of several Spanish Universities.


Dr Ildiko Fazekas Economist, secretary general for the Hungarian advertising self regulatory board since 14 years. I was chairman of EASA 2009-2013. I was (and I am lecturer and associate professor of Marketing communication in Budapest Business College, tutor of several winning student groups of national and international student advertising competition, and co-author of books of marketing communication. Voted into the 20 most influential persons of the past 20 years of the Hungarian advertising worlds, and also into the 20 most important women in the Hungarian advertising industry in 2013.


Mrs Elly Guerganova Chairman of the National Council for Self-regualtion in Bulgaria (www.nssbg.org), has more than twenty years of experience in the fields of marketing and sales for leading international brands. In the course of more than thirteen years she was the General Manager for one of the global leaders in the FMCG sector – Diageo and she was responsible for multiple markets in Central and Eastern Europe. Elly has been awarded the prestigious business award “Keepers of the Quaich.” by the Scotch industry for her contribution to the development of the business in the region. Prior to Diageo, Elly worked for the American company RJReynolds Tobacco (GTI), the Japanese Fanuc and more. She has worked in the US and the UK. Elly graduated from the University for National and Global Economy (UNSS) in Sofia and has gone through multiple international trainings in marketing and business management. Member of the Electronic Media Ethics Commission at the National Council for Journalistic Ethics. Member of the Experts’ Council to the Council for Electronic Media (CEM).
