PAYMENT DETAILS Due to recipient of bill. CANCELLATION All those who have paid the amount fee for the Conference till March 13th 2012, have the right to participate on the Conference. In case of inability to attend the Conference, you are free to send your replacement, with written notification at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of the Conference. In case of cancellation until January 15th 2013, funds will be return to the amount paid with cancellation fee - less 20%. Up to February 15th 2013 the refunded amount will be reduced by 40%, and after that date any return of funds will not be possible.
