Nashville, TN

A new vibrant urban community in the heart of Nashville, creating place for healthy living and healthy working, southern hospitality and entertainment with a diverse range dining and retail experiences

The Reed District Mixed-Use Development is a vision for new community with creativity, innovation and celebration at it’s core. Offices, apartments, hotels, movie theaters, retail store, wellness centers, daycare facilities, cafes, restaurants, concerts, public greens, community grocery, artistic culture, and parks create spaces for reconnection with old friends, a place to grab a bite to eat, and a chance to live closer by to what’s most important to the Reed District: Community. An assortment of buildings uses, venues and open spaces will allow a broad range of people to engage and interact in the Reed District. Diversity and complexity of users will unite financial and business mobility, as well as attract young and old urbanites that want to live an integrated lifestyle.

Repositioning of the Reed site with a carefully considered mixed use development will create a keystone district between downtown and the West End/Vanderbilt University. The keystone district will have prominence as a new destination along Broadway, not just a space between neighborhoods. The new center or district will leverage the Broadway address as the front door to the development, and create an instantly identifiable community and destination as the new hot spot in town.
