AE7 is working closely with CANAdev to create a destination food hall in the rapidly developing Allentown, PA. The new design will transform an existing vacant ground floor restaurant into a signature Will & Co. Food Hall with a variety of food choices, seating options, and indoor/outdoor features. The central location is uniquely positioned on the edge of the large plaza, drawing visitors not only for a fresh food experience but also for a connection to the outdoor dining. The Food Hall will feature landscaped plaza for communal and entertainment events.
Will & Co. will offer three food concepts including sushi, oven-fired pizza, and tacos, plus a café and a full-service bar. The seating area will be a large open space with communal tables. By contrast, the mezzanine and surrounding area will offer more intimate seating with lounge and casual furniture. The outdoor dining venues will be shipping container kiosks and a signage container kiosk innovatively oriented to serve as a beacon to Will & Co.
