Currently under construction, AL Maryah Central is a vibrant community with over 400 retail stores, 100 dinning options, 21 movie screens, 1 hotel, and 4 urban parks. Bustling with amenities and centrally located, Al Maryah is a true urban destination that offer culture, walkability, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Al Maryah Central extends to the retail experience started at The Galleria west along the central axis of Al Maryah Island. The mixed-use retail center creates 1,450,000 square feet of GLA over four floors, including luxury retail store, cafes, cinema, restaurants, food halls, pray rooms, 200 room hotel, 400 residential apartments and 4,000 parking spaces.
The project is organized around a central atrium on the east west axis connecting pedestrian entries and below grade functions to upper level restaurants and the food hall. Restaurants and cafes are strategically located to create upper level uses drawing guests up thru the four levels of the project, as well as at entries of the project to active surround streets and plazas.
The north atrium is anchored by the first international Macy’s department store and a 60,000 square foot cinema while the south atrium is anchor by Bloomingdale’s, exterior gardens and prayer rooms, and connect to the 200 five start hotel.
