PRESIDENT & CEO Welcome to the 2022 American Century Championship, which is poised to become the most memorable yet. Not only will we be celebrating the 33rd year of this worldfamous tournament, but we expect to attract more spectators than ever to the stunning shores of Lake Tahoe and the excitement and natural beauty that define this incredible event.

After the COVID restrictions of the past couple years, we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome back full spectators to the American Century Championship, where golf aficionados, A-list celebrities and outdoor enthusiasts gather on the shores of the most beautiful alpine lake in the world.

Although the event’s spotlight traditionally falls on celebrities, the true stars of the American Century Championship are the sponsors, volunteers, media, and participants that work to make the ACC such an exceptional experience. Beyond increasing awareness for our resort and the tournament, they are critical to raising funds for both local and national charities.

The South Tahoe communities at large also deserve high praise, including the residents, businesses, and government agencies that have shown unwavering support for the event throughout the years.

In addition, we’d like to wholeheartedly thank our partners, American Century Investments, NBC Sports, MasterCraft, and Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority — along with all the fans — for their support in making the ACC the one-of-a-kind event that it is today.
