BANDUNG STREET CHILDREN SCHOOL Archicad, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop Supervisor: Dr. Ir. Arief Rahman, MT.,
Background Bandung is a creative city with the largest number of creative resources. Even in 2007, the British Council made Bandung the most creative City pilot project in East Asia. And currently, the city of Bandung is one of the main destinations in terms of tourism and education. There are a wide variety of communities with all their creative activities in the city. Communities in the field of education are growing and actively assisting the government’s performance.
Issue Problems regarding street children need to be considered by the government and citizens in the city of Bandung. According to data from the Social Service website of West Java Province in 2015, it obtained the fact that the number of street children in the city of Bandung ranked first with the highest number, which is 1,121 children. Bandung Street Children School The school was designed as a solution to the problem of education for street children. The main focus is as a child-friendly space. A place that educates and accommodates the facilities and needs of development and creativity of street children.

IAW 2017 “ULSAN VISITOR CENTER” Sketchup, Autocad, Adobe Photoshop
Background Visitor centers are typically tourist first exposure to everything that the city or place has to offer. It is a building that provides tourist information to the visitors who tour the area. Visitor Center designed to guide, educate, and help tourists in understanding the places.
Issue The Korean government has the ambition to gain 1.2 million Muslim tourists this year. It seems to increase by 20% than last year. He realized that infrastructure has become one of the main problems. Korea should give good-quality services for Muslim tourists. In April 2017, the Korean government said that they would create a more halal restaurant in Korea. They also create some supporting events such as "Halal Restaurant Week”. Ulsan Visitor Center Ulsan Visitor center will provide some facilities that match the tourist's basic needs. Before selecting the best program, it is better to get to know the target planning first. From the previous typology, we have known that tourists would be classified into several categories, as a single tourist, group or study trips, local tourist, and foreign. In the plan, Korea will attract Muslim tourists from around the world to increase their local tourism.

IAW 2016 “THE REVITALIZATION OF ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE IN KOTA TUA JAKARTA” Sketchup, Autocad, Adobe Photoshop
Background Kota Tua is a remainder of Oud Batavia, as the first walled settlement of Dutch in the Jakarta area. The area gained importance during the 17th - 19th century when it was established as the de facto capital of the Dutch East Indies. This inner walled city contrasted with the surrounding villages, orchards, and rice fields. Dubbed as “The Jewel of Asia” and “Queen of the East” in the 16th century by European sailors, the area was a center of commerce due to its strategic location within the spice trade industry archipelago.
Issue East Kali Besar is a part of the Fatahillah Museum area that has a great historical story behind it. Once, it was a crowded street that served as a riverfront activity. This area was a center of a trading company in the past. But nowadays, East Kali Besar street looks boring due to minimum activities in that place. People rarely know about East Kali Besar street. Tourists only visited the Fatahillah Museum as a place of destination. Some problem issue that we found in there is about street vendors and also a messy parking lot. This is could be the potential thing to restore the old memories of East Kali Besar street through the proposed design. Creative Promenade The Creative Promenade’ came along as the main concept of this project. The idea is to change the passive to be an active area as another crowd and new generator to attract tourism.

TERASKITA HOTEL MAKASSAR Sketchup, Autocad, Adobe Photoshop
Teraskita Hotel is a ‘three-plus’ star hotel. The interior of this hotel is designed to be equivalent to a four-star hotel. It is arranged through the utilization of local materials to meet the budget of a regular three-star hotel. Situated 5 kilometers from the tourist attraction spot Losari Beach, this project aims to bring the sea within the interior concept, thus explaining the number of wavy and fluid elements. Some elements such as the Phinisi boat-shaped with mezzanine overhang, the wave-carved ceiling, the decorative rug in the lobby expected to be new experiences for visitors.

GRAN RUBINA OFFICE TOWER Revit, Dynamo, DIALux, Flow Design
Nowadays, an architectural style is often seen only from the aesthetic appearance of the building itself. But over time, aesthetic looks are no longer able to support the needs of the building. It is supposed to be transformed to realize greater achievements and objectives, that is to improve energy efficiency and sustainable building quality. This assignment specifically will only discuss the related Facade
GR
Design of Gran Rubina Office Tower 1. Gran Rubina’s facade is unique because it has two layers of building skin that can protect the building from wind, rain, and environmental heat. The secondary skin on the facade of this building is a Fin. That being developed and proposed as a solar heat protection device. The fins are rotated at different angles, giving them a dynamic color and pattern.

GREEN BIM FOR LOW-INCOME HOUSING Revit, Autocad, DIALux, Flow Design, Autodesk CFD Supervisor: Dr. -Ing. Ova Candra Dewi ST., M.Sc. and Prof., Dr. -Ing Nandy Setiadi Djaya Putra
This study discusses the application of green building design evaluation based on Green BIM for low-income housings. Nowadays, the construction technology for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry has experienced significant development. It started with the shift in the building construction process from using conventional CAD (Computer-Aided Design) methods to Building Information Modeling (BIM)-based methods. On the other hand, Indonesia has also experienced significant
development in green building issues that began with Green Building Certification System (GREENSHIP) or GREENSHIP Home for a single dwelling unit. The method used in this research was two-steps digital simulation, namely the simulation for the existing building and a simulation for the building with design intervention. This study found that Green BIM can help the sustainability evaluation process of low-income housings, especially in the Indoor Health and Comfort aspect.

“The combined future of BIM and sustainability can help us move faster and more elegantly to a restored world and a healthy planet. There is no future, no next, if we do not change the ways in which we work, live, and play. Without overstating the connection between BIM and sustainable design, a few things are inevitable” -Krygel & Nies-
