½ cup chopped cooked shrimp ½ small tomato, finely chopped ½ small Kirby cucumber, finely chopped 2 tbsp chopped red onions 2 tbsp fresh lime juice 2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro

Pinch of salt (or to taste)

Pinch of black pepper (or to taste) In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, tomato, cucumber, onions, and lime juice; let stand for 10 minutes for the flavors to blend. Sprinkle with the cilantro; season with salt and pepper.
