On October 6, 1995, City Council approved the following Bylaws amending Land Use Bylaw No. 5996: BYLAW NO. 10936: Amendments to and clarification of various sections - including: Religious Assembly, decks, Resubmission Interval, Objects Prohibited or Restricted in Residential Districts, location of parking spaces, Appearance Standards in TB District, regulations for Secondary Suites. BYLAW NO. 11066: Section 98 - clarification to location of Major/Minor Alcohol Sales. BYLAW NO. 11076
Section 77 - General Performance Standards for a Safe Physical Environment.
