Alternatively if you know the name of the business you are looking for, simply type this into the search bar.

When you join or renew your Lung Foundation Australia Membership, you will receive a personalised membership card in the post.

This card will provide you with the membership number which is needed to access the online Member Directory Portal.

Once you’ve joined or renewed, all you need to do is select the Member login area option in the top right-hand corner of the page. From here, you can access the Affinity Alliance directory page where you will be asked to enter your membership number (located on your membership card) and password (this will be your surname which is case sensitive e.g. Jones).

The online membership benefits directory allows you to search via location and/or benefit category or, if you know the name of the company you are looking for, simply type their name into the search bar.
