If staff suspect that any abuse is going on - verbal, physical, financial or sexual towards any client this must be reported immediately to HR. We expect honesty and integrity from our staff, which should be demonstrated in the quality of care and services that we provide for all our clients. Central to our core is that we give our clients great value for money and great service. We need to stay focussed and maintain our standards. High quality of customer service is essential, such as showing empathy, honesty, courteousness and service with a smile. We must always treat our clients and colleagues with respect, dignity and kindness. We are a big family at Afford, but it is important to remember that the client should always come first and is always right. Our jobs are rewarding and every day we have the opportunity to put a smile on someone’s face, enrich the lives of our clients and make them feel safe and cared for.
