Condell Park Get Creative
Favourite Foods: A really good spaghetti bolognaise If you could be an animal what would you be: A cat so I could sleep all day What is your dream holiday destination: Cycling through Tuscany If you had the power what would you change about the world: Global warming What is the nicest thing someone has ever done for you: I am happy with everyday courtesy – please and thankyou goes a long way! If you had to teach something what would you teach: I would teach people to be more openminded Something no one knows about me: I am thinking about buying a poodle (or a spoodle).
It’s a work in progress but our Condell park art group is revamping the wall at the front of the Lifestyle Centre and transforming it into an origami masterpiece including large origami animals with dozens of cranes. It’s great to see clients and staff at our Condell Park Lifestyle Centre working together and showing their enthusiasm for our new logo and colours. It’s going to look fantastic when it’s touched up and finished!

Customer Service Awards We would like to congratulate the following staff members who have gone above and beyond for their clients and won this month’s customer service awards. 1st Place: David Bell (Operations Manager, Prestons & Ingleburn): David is a great operator and looks after not only operations of the ADE’s, but the wellbeing of his supported employees. David goes above and beyond in his role, coming in on weekends, of an evening and has shown real enthusiasm with the Cherrywood Village project. His ideas are so clever and centred around the needs and interests of our clients and employees. David has received wonderful feedback on Facebook from supported employees who believe the Ingleburn factory is a much better place now David is the Manager. David helps everyone, adds value through his general knowledge in many areas and looks at better and more efficient ways to run operations and jobs. Equal 2nd Place: Anjuli Rangar (Supported Employment Manager): Anjuli went above and beyond her role in assisting Minchinbury factory by taking time out of her busy schedule to drive the forklift for a week. Anjuli offered her time when needed without hesitation and was always finding time to help out when needed. Anjuli saved time and costly expense of a casual. Excellent customer service to our ADE customers by being able to provide the dispatch area of the business without any delay. Equal 2nd Place: Mikala Muscat (TTW Admin. Support): Mikala assists TTW, Marketing, Fundraising / Grants and Accounts. Nothing is ever a bother to her, she takes on any job with a smile and delivers 100%. She takes instruction and advice always with a nod and a smile. Mikala’s “I can do it, I will do it no worries” attitude help Afford achieve the ‘C’ of P.A.C.E.S.
