Club Afford Making Dreams A Reality
What is your dream holiday destination: Ireland and England only a dream (can’t afford a caravan park let alone overseas). If you had the power what would you change about the world: Bought me a ute cause I’m a bit of a bogan. What is the nicest thing someone has ever done for you: I love when my clients remember my name and ask me to come with them to bowling or to the park. If you had to teach something what would you teach: I’d probably have to know something to be able to teach anyone anything. Something no one knows about me: Secretly skinny underneath my fatness.
Recently clients from our Blacktown and Kings Park Lifestyle Centre’s attended Club Afford’s Dream Ride at Eastern Creek Motor Park. All clients absolutely loved the thrill in their joy rides and learning all the skills involved with driving. Clients who attended would like to thank Club Afford for organizing such a memorable day, this day for them was exactly as it was named- the dream ride.

Condell Park Get Creative
Clients at Condell Park Lifestyle Centre Mahmoud Youssef, Gerard, Duffy, Jake Fullicks, Richard Darcy, Monika Samaan and Vinh Quoc Mac participated in Bankstown Arts Centre supported art workshop over a period of 1 year. Rhonda and Vandana were so thrilled with all their exceptional artwork they decided to hold all their masterpieces in Bankstown Art Gallery for a 2 week period for the public to exhibit. All art work was free hand and used many different products to create a work of their own which blew away many people. A big well done to all the clients who participated in the art program, the artworks look fantastic!
Ashfield Keep Cool In The Pool
With all the extremely hot summer weather lately, scheduled activities for our Ashfield Lifestyle Centre were difficult to attend. With the sun beaming down last Wednesday Ashfield staff looked to find fun activities to entertain our clients, the solution was obvious, they had to make use of their awesome backyard. Staff decided to bring out the pool which was such a big hit for the clients who didn’t attend the Christmas and have an awesome pool party. All clients enjoyed time splashing around and cooling off from the hot weather while others who preferred to stay dry had the option of staying inside and watch movies. After lunch, when the heat got even worse, all our clients went indoors to relax after the morning’s excitement with some more movies before going home.
