FINANCIAL EDUCATION IN LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN
VI. HONDURAS
Financial Education in Honduras is the process by which financial consumers and investors improve their understanding of financial products, concepts and risks. As they acquire information, instruction, and/or unbiased counseling, they develop the skills and confidence to become more aware of financial risks and opportunities, make informed decisions, know where to turn for help, and take effective action to improve their financial wellbeing.
