General Comments.
The defect inspection was conducted based on Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7:2006) on Quality Assessment System for Building Construction Work, and the method of the assessment is Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC).
There is no major defect detected during the inspection and the quality of the unit is in satisfactory condition. However, some defects need to be highlighted and should be prioritized for rectification works due to visual and functionality concerns.
A gap between the window leaf and frame can cause water seepage during rain.
Some of the wall socket
did not function.
Wall crack can worsen over time from the door open and close impact.
Paint peeled off in the damp area, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.
