THE CONCEPT IS TO DESIGN GRUKAL SYSTEMS. THE SYSTEM IS A CONSIDERABLE IMPACT ON LEARNING WITH THE SURROUNDING AREA. THE DESIGN OF EACH BLOCK IS INCORPORATED WITH THE GREEN SPACES IS USED AS A KEY FEATURE. THE MAJOR FOCUS ON THE ACTIVITY-BASED LEARNING PROGRAM. THE LOCAL MATERIAL IS USED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION.

CONTEXT ANALYSIS RESIDENTIAL PONDGREENSPACE-
THE KEY FACTOR IS CONNECTIVITY. WHILE ROADS ARE DESIGNED WITH THE MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND EXIST. THE SITE MAIN ENTRANCE FROM THE NAVI MUMBAI HIGHWAY ROAD IT’S NEAR THE PANVEL CREEK. PERHAPS RECREATIONAL SPACES ARE DESIGNED AT THE CENTERLINE OF THE SITE. 12

Site Area: 690 sqm Location: Parsik HIll, Kharghar DESCRIPTION The design aims to be site responsive and has multiple living areas, leading to a very much complete evnironment indoors itself. Large windows opening to the views, engagement spaces like back porch, small pool, library, big balcony are key elements of the design.
SITE ANALYSIS WIND - Predominant wind direction is Southwest in monsoon and north-east during rest of the year. CLIMATE – TROPICAL Precipitation -1915 mm,75.4 inch per year. SLOPE – approx. 1:10,3.5m total drop
