PRAIRIE VIEW - Waller County strikes again as new “address change form” threatens the students of Prairie View and their right to vote. Elections Administrator Christy Eason is requiring that students who registered with the campus address fill out a change of address form on voting day. This comes after a 2016 agreement between Waller County and University officials that students should use the campus address to register, due to a lack of individual mailboxes on campus.
