Also pray for God’s favour as we seek opportunities to meet with the President and Cabinet. Lift up all the Govt, civic and business leaders across the city. May their hearts be touched by the message of Christ. 26. Thank God for the provision of funds for this mission. Pray blessing over our worldwide partners like you who have taken on such a vital role in praying and supporting this mission. Thank You! 27. Ask blessing and protection for their families while they’re away. 28. Read 2 Corinthians 10: 3 – 6. Ask for God’s favour and grace as we wage war on the spiritual strongholds in Abidjan. 29. Pray that as a result of what God does during mission week, the church will be reconciled and will take its rightful place in Abidjan. May there be revival in the churches that will transform the city.

8. Pray for all those travelling back to their homes following mission week. Pray for protection & safety. Pray also for rest following a busy time.
1999 marked the beginning of a decade of political unrest. This culminated in violent clashes during the 2010-11 elections. The country has largely stabilized under the current administration, however tensions are on the rise as the 2015 elections approach. These will be the first elections since 2010.
