I have recently returned from a Nile cruise and wanted to say that it was the best holiday we had ever been on! The tours were extremely well organised and the tour guides were so passionate about the history of Egypt that it inspired us. The excursions were fantastic and I would highly recommend the additional excursions to Abu Simbel and Cairo to see the pyramids. So you have to get up very early, but who cares? It’s a small price to pay to stand in the shadow of Ramses II at Abu Simbel and The Great Pyramid at Giza. The food was excellent and the service was always prompt. Thank you for an amazing holiday which we certainly have recommended to our friends. Kom Ombo

CRUISING ON THE NILE - IMPORTANT INFORMATION • When visiting holy sites, synagogues, mosques etc., you may be required to observe customs such as covering your head, shoulders and legs. Please respect these local customs. Always ask permission to photograph local people and remember that you may be asked for a tip for the privilege. • Scottish and Northern Irish bank notes are not accepted for exchange in Egypt. • At some tombs, you may not be permitted to take photographs, and fees for photography are payable at many of the sites. • Ensure that you have enough local currency to take with you for your shore visits as you will not normally have the opportunity to visit a bank. • Only £ Sterling, US Dollars, Euros, Egyptian Pounds, Visa, Maestro and Mastercard are accepted when paying for optional excursions on board. • Tipping is a way of life in Egypt and everyone you meet will probably ask for a tip or ‘Baksheesh’. It can be annoying at times but it is very much a part of their culture. Guidance regarding tipping of guides, staff and crew on board can be found on page 21. • Occasionally and with little warning, the water level of the Nile can vary, which in turn can affect itineraries. This is caused by the Egyptian authorities altering the flow of water from Lake Nasser. Naturally every effort is made to minimise the effect, but often no warning is given.
• There are a large number of boats operating on the Nile and delays occasionally occur at locks. Your boat is likely to moor alongside other Nile boats, during which time views may be obscured by these other vessels and engines must remain running. There may also be a walk through one or more vessels before you reach the bank. • When in Luxor, the boats are moored at Al Boghdadi, which is approximately 7km from the centre of Luxor. • All excursions are escorted by an English speaking guide, and are often organised for the early morning or late afternoon to avoid the midday heat. Please note: We will try our best to keep to the published itinerary, but there may be occasions, owing to local conditions and/or operational reasons, that may not make it possible to follow the itinerary exactly. However, we will ensure that you visit all the ports of call, and places of interest listed at some stage during your Nile cruise. Optional excursions can only be booked and paid for on board. All excursion prices are subject to change. Children: We do not recommend this holiday for children under 10 years of age.

Aswan has plenty to see and do. From the romantic Philae Temple set on a flower-filled island, to modern attractions which include the Aswan Dam and the High Dam, with Lake Nasser, the world’s largest man-made lake behind it, and the Nubian Museum. uxor, Egypt’s tourist capital, has been called the world’s greatest outdoor museum and rightly so, for it is home to
many of Egypt’s most well known temples and tombs. The West Bank is where you will find the fascinating tombs of the Valley of the Queens and the Valley of the Kings, including that of Tutankhamun from which a wealth of ancient treasures was recovered. The two giant statues known as the Colossi of Memnon lie close by. On the East Bank lies the awesome Karnak Temple which comprises three main temples, built and enlarged over a thirteen hundred year period. It is still yielding new treasures, including some exquisite statues unearthed in 1989 and now in the Luxor Museum, a visit to which should not be missed. The Luxor Temple runs parallel to the river and was built by Amenophis III in dedication to Amun - the principal God of Thebes during Egypt’s New Kingdom.

Just returned today from a one week cruise on board the M.S. Fleurette. It was the BEST holiday ever, especially thanks to the incredible Hesham - the most amazing tour guide in the world - we did 7000 years in 7 days and it was worth every second. Definitely going on an Egyptian cruise again, I would even do the same sites as before if Hesham was the tour guide!

Useful Information PREPARING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY PASSPORTS All British and Irish passengers require a passport which must be valid for at least six months after your intended return to the UK. If you are 16 or over and do not yet have a passport our recommendation is that you should apply for one at least six weeks before your holiday. First-time adult passport holders, and for those children applying for an adult passport that were previously included in a parent’s passport will need to have an interview as part of the passport application process. This does not apply to people who held their own passport as a child. All children, from new-born babies to the age of 15, who are not already included on a parent’s or guardian’s passport, must now have their own child passport (valid for five years). Once they reach their 16th birthday they then become eligible for a standard 10-year passport and their details must be removed from their parents’ passport. Please note, these details may change and it is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is correct and valid.
VISAS
20
British passport holders require a visa to visit Egypt. A Single Entry Tourist visa is required. It is valid for six months from the date of issue and allows a maximum stay of three months from the date of arrival. The cost is £15 per visa and can be obtained from the Egyptian Consulate in London prior to departure. However, they can also be purchased on arrival at Luxor Airport at a cost of £15 per visa. This includes a small handling fee which enables our Agent to obtain a visa on your behalf and minimise any delays. Alternatively, a visa can be purchased at Luxor Airport for US$15 from one of the banks in the arrivals hall - please inform an African Safari Club representative, who will be happy to give you directions. If any of these details change or should new visa fees or any other tourist tax be imposed, we will write and let you know, time permitting. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for impositions such as this as they are totally beyond our control. If you or any member of your party is not a British citizen or holds a non British passport,

you must check passport and visa requirements with the Egyptian Consulate. It is the responsibility of all passengers to ensure that they have the necessary documents and visas for travel to Egypt. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.

any queries. Please also refer to our Booking Conditions on pages 26-27.
FLIGHT CHECK-IN Our flights to Egypt are operated by Monarch Airlines (MON) from Gatwick South Terminal and from Manchester, Terminal 1. The airline operates a ‘common check-in’ procedure which will allow you to check-in at any of their respective desks.
VACCINATIONS
YOUR LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE
At the time of going to press there are no compulsory inoculation or vaccination requirements for entry into Egypt. However, your GP will be able to tell you which vaccinations are currently recommended by the Department of Health and you should contact your doctor at least 8 weeks before departure. Whilst we understand malaria is not prevalent in Egypt, we strongly recommend that you consult your GP or pharmacist for further advice.
Your luggage allowance is 20kg plus 5kg hand luggage. Luggage in excess of the allowance is at the airline’s discretion and excess baggage charges will apply for all luggage which is over the permitted weight. Your baggage is the responsibility of the airline from check-in to recovery at your destination. Please also refer to our Booking Conditions on pages 26-27. Further details can be found in our General Information Booklet which will be sent with your Confirmation Invoice.
PREGNANCY Airlines may refuse permission for women to fly who will be 28 weeks or more pregnant on the date of the return travel. Failure to comply with airline regulations may result in cancellation and denial of boarding and we cannot be held responsible for any such occurrence.
DVT - ‘ECONOMY CLASS SYNDROME’ There has been concern and publicity about Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) suffered by some passengers, especially on long haul flights. If you have any concerns about this, we recommend that you contact your GP for advice.
TRAVEL ADVICE The Foreign & Commonwealth Office may have issued information about your holiday destination. We advise you to check this information on the internet at www.fco.gov.uk/travel. You can also telephone the advice unit on 0845 850 2829.
YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS After we have received full payment and about 14 days before departure, we will post or email your travel documents to you. Please check them carefully, and contact us immediately if you have
INTERNAL FLIGHTS Airline schedules for internal flights within Egypt could mean that you have to travel at unsociable hours, although every endeavour will be made by our local agent to arrange flights at more convenient times.
SPECIAL NEEDS AND REQUESTS Should you have any special requests such as dietary requirements for example, you should notify us at the time of booking or, at the very latest, 14 days prior to your departure from the UK. Whilst African Safari Club will do everything possible to ensure your requests are met, we regret we are unable to guarantee them. Our holidays may not be entirely suitable for people with certain disabilities, poor mobility or special needs. If you would like advice, or if you are in any doubt, please telephone us. Please also refer to our Booking Conditions on pages 26-27.
THINGS TO TAKE WITH YOU It is advisable to include the following items in your luggage: first-aid kit, insect repellent, torch, high-factor suntan lotion and diarrhoea pills. If you wear spectacles or contact lenses, we recommend that you take a spare pair.
This holiday was the best holiday that I have ever been on! Looking back on the trip I am amazed at how much we got done in just one week! The temples and tombs were fascinating and each was unique and had its own story. It would be extremely difficult to become bored with a trip like this! I would go again in the morning and do it all over again if I could! I didn't want to leave! I will certainly be back on the M.S. Da Vinci and can only hope that when I return Ayman will be there once more! It was a truly great experience and one that I shall never forget.
YOUR HEALTH
SETTLING YOUR ACCOUNT
In common with many tropical countries, general standards of hygiene and safety in Egypt may differ from those in Europe. You should, therefore, exercise greater caution for your own protection and health. The risk of insect bites may be reduced by the use of repellent sprays and by covering up whenever possible, especially at night. To minimise the risk of stomach upset, you should avoid too much fruit, drinks with ice and excess sunbathing. Make sure that you drink plenty of bottled water which can be purchased from the bar and during meal times. When eating out, ensure to eat only in reputable establishments which conform to International health and hygiene standards. Remember to take adequate supplies of any prescribed medication.
After embarkation, an on board account is automatically opened and credit facilities are available to you for the duration of the cruise. You sign for drinks, settling your account the evening prior to disembarkation and purchases thereafter can only be paid for in cash. Optional excursions or items from the shop are paid for at the time of purchase. Your account can be settled by means of cash or by Visa, Maestro or Mastercard.
LOCAL CUSTOMS During Ramadan, the Muslim month of fasting, which is expected to be from approximately 21 August - 19 September 2009, the pace of life tends to be much slower between the hours of sunrise and sunset. However, tourist facilities, hotels and Nile River cruises should generally be unaffected, although banks and shops opening hours may change and some local establishments may also stop serving alcohol between these hours.
GRATUITIES Crew and Staff - Upon embarkation, UK £15 per person will be collected by your Tour Leader. This will be distributed amongst the crew and staff on the boat and also the driver(s), boatmen and any other personnel who have provided services during your shore visits. Your Tour Leader/Guide is not permitted to accept any monies for themselves from these funds. Tour Leader/Guide - If you have been happy with the service of your Tour Leader/Guide, you may wish to thank them by way of a separate discretionary gratuity at the end of your cruise and this can be given directly to them. We suggest UK £1.50 per person per day.
SMOKING POLICY Smoking is not permitted on Monarch Airlines. A strict non-smoking policy operates in the restaurant and in the cabins. There are designated smoking areas on board.
GENERAL INFORMATION BOOKLET Our General Information Booklet contains more details about your holiday to Egypt. This can be downloaded from our website or, if you prefer, we can send a copy by post. Please read this carefully as we are sure you will find it very useful and it will help you to make the most of your holiday.
EXCURSIONS Do not forget to take strong and comfortable footwear or walking shoes as some of the excursions involve walking over rough terrain or for long distances. You should speak to your Tour Leader or Tour Guide on board prior to booking your excursions if you have any concerns, or if you have any medical condition that may prevent you from participating. Optional excursions on board will be quoted in £ sterling and Egyptian Pounds. All payments made by credit card will be charged in Egyptian Pounds, converted at the Central Bank of Egypt exchange rate on the day of transaction. Please note: all purchases will normally be shown on your credit card statement in £ sterling, along with the credit card company’s rate of exchange, which may differ from the local rate given on board.

Client Testimonials My husband and I had a most incredible two week Nile cruise holiday on the M.S. Da Vinci and would say that this was a holiday of a lifetime, the crew and staff, and restaurant waiters had a great sense of humour, food was marvellous, and would highly recommend to anyone who is unsure about this holiday to give it a whirl, it is hectic but so enjoyable. Tour guides were incredible with their great knowledge. Our second week was spent at the Mercure hotel and another lovely week. Thanks to all!
We need to pass on your personal details to the companies and organisations who need to know them so that your holiday can be provided (for example your airline or hotel. My recent cruise on the M.S. Fleurette was one of my best holidays and one which was very memorable for me, as I travelled alone but met so many fantastic fellow travellers who made my birthday one which I will remember forever. Our two tour guides were great and their knowledge of Egypt was superb. The standard of the cabin was very good and all the onboard staff excellent. Thank you, I will be back again!! Just returned from a weeks cruise on M.S. Fleurette. Great value for money and an ideal introduction to the ancient sites of Egypt. Tour guides are excellent and bring the history to life. Highly recommended for first-time visitors. Good organisation by African Safari Club throughout. What a superb holiday! M.S. Da Vinci is comfortable, clean and well maintained. The weather fantastic, although we had some clouds one day!! The tombs and temples going back up to 5,000+ years are fascinating. However, for us, the holiday was truly made exceptional by two factors: actually cruising the Nile; and our tour guide Sherif - a young man with humour, enthusiasm and knowledge to spare. We recommend this wonderful cruise to everyone.
Brilliant cruise, the staff on board were great fun and so helpful. The whole cruise including the trips was first class and the cabins cool and very clean. The guide “H was fantastic, great knowledge and brilliant sense of humour. I highly recommend this cruise to everyone.

(9) We do not accept liability for (1) any damage, loss, expense or other sum(s) of any description which, based on the information you gave us at the time of booking, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you; (2) any business losses.
10. If you have a complaint If you have a complaint during your holiday it is strongly suggested that you communicate any problem to the Tourist Officer at the hotel or Pursers/Managers office aboard any vessel without delay. Until we know about a problem or complaint, we cannot begin to resolve it. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Relations Department. We regret we cannot consider any claims which are not reported in accordance with this procedure. It is unlikely that you will have a complaint that cannot be settled amicably between us. However, as we are a member of ABTA, membership number V4000, we can therefore offer you an arbitration scheme for the resolution of disputes arising out of, or in connection with this contract. Further information can be found at www.abta.com The arbitration scheme is arranged by ABTA and administered independently by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. It provides for a simple and inexpensive method of arbitration on documents alone with restricted liability on you in respect of costs. Full details will be provided on request or can be obtained from the ABTA website. The Scheme does not apply to claims for an amount greater than £5,000 per person. There is also a limit of £25,000 per booking. Neither does it apply to claims which are solely in respect of physical injury or illness or their consequences. The Scheme can, however, deal with compensation claims which include an element of minor injury or illness subject to a limit of £1,000 on the amount the arbitrator can award per person in respect of this element. The application for arbitration and Statement of Claim must be received by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators within nine months of the date of return from the holiday. Outside this time limit arbitration under the Scheme may still be available if we agree, but the ABTA Code does not require such agreement. For injury and illness claims, you may like to use the ABTA/Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Mediation Procedure. This is a voluntary scheme and requires us to agree for mediation to go ahead. The aim is to help you resolve your dispute in a quick and cost effective way. Details on request or from www.abta.com
11. Special requests If you wish to make a special request, you must do so at the time of booking. We will try to pass any reasonable requests on to the relevant supplier but we cannot guarantee that requests will be met. The fact that a special request has been noted on your confirmation invoice or any other documentation or that it has been passed on to the supplier is not confirmation that the request will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part unless the request has been specifically confirmed by us in writing. See also our ‘Useful Information’ section in the brochure applicable to your arrangements.
12. Medical problems The destinations, accommodation and modes of transport we offer in this brochure are not always suitable for people with certain conditions and disabilities. However, prior to confirming your booking we will take steps to find out the physical needs of the individuals concerned and check that the holiday they are interested in booking is suitable for them. If, in the light of the information you provide to us, we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person(s) concerned, we will not confirm your booking. If you do subsequently advise us, or we become aware of any issue which may affect the suitability of your chosen holiday, then we may cancel it. Please note that this does not replace the need to disclose any medical conditions to your travel insurers. We will not chase you for any of the information referred to above and therefore we cannot be held responsible for your failure to notify us, and your travel insurers, of any relevant conditions prior to travel. A doctor’s note may sometimes be required to confirm your fitness to travel.
13. Cruise and safari itineraries Although we try our best to keep to published itineraries, we reserve the right to vary them as may be necessary from time to time. The date of departure of safaris cannot be guaranteed and the route, game viewing drives and lodges are subject to change. Safaris can only operate subject to a minimum number of participants. If we are unable to operate the safari you have booked, we will offer you an alternative safari, or a full refund of the safari element of your holiday (see also clause 7).
14. Our price promise The holiday prices in this brochure are based on known costs and exchange rates as published in the Financial Times on 06/04/09 (£1 = US$ 1.49, Euro 1.10, Kenyan Shilling 119.75, Egyptian £ 7.60). We reserve the right to increase or decrease the prices of unsold holidays at any time. We also reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in advertised prices at any time before your holiday is confirmed. The price of your chosen holiday will be confirmed at the time of booking. Once the price of your chosen holiday has been confirmed at the time of booking, then, subject to the correction of errors, we will only increase or decrease the price in the following circumstances. Price increases or decreases after booking will be passed on by way of a surcharge or refund. A surcharge or refund (as applicable) will be payable, subject to the conditions set out in this clause, if transportation costs or dues, taxes or fees payable for services such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports or airports increase or decrease or our costs increase or decrease as a result in a change in the exchange rates used to calculate the cost of your holiday. Even in the above cases, only if the amount of the increase in our costs exceeds 2% of the total cost of your holiday (excluding credit card charges and any amendment charges), will we levy a surcharge. If any surcharge is greater than 10% of the cost of your holiday (excluding credit card charges and any amendment charges), you will be entitled to choose one of options (a), (b) and (c) as set out in clause 7 above. You have 14 days from the issue date printed on the revised invoice showing the surcharge to tell us if you want to choose option (b) or (c) as set out in clause 7 above. If you do not tell us that you wish to choose either of these options within this period of time, we are entitled to assume that you do not wish to do so and will pay the surcharge. Any surcharge must be paid with the balance of the cost of the holiday or within 14 days of the issue date printed on the surcharge invoice, whichever is the later. We promise not to levy a surcharge within 30 days of departure. We reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. We will do so as soon as we become aware of the error. Please note, changes and errors occasionally occur. You must check the price of your chosen holiday at the time of booking.
15. Flights The flight timings given on booking are for general guidance only and are subject to change. The latest timings will be shown on your confirmation invoice. However, the actual flight times will be those shown on your travel documents which will be despatched to you approximately two weeks before departure. You must accordingly check your travel documents very carefully immediately on receipt to ensure you have the correct flight times. It is possible that flight times may be changed even after travel documents have been despatched - we will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs. We are not always in a position to confirm the airline, aircraft type and airport of destination which will be used in connection with any flight included in your holiday. When this information is provided at the time of booking or subsequently, it is subject to change. Any such change will not entitle you to cancel or change to other arrangements without paying our normal charges. Please note the existence of a “Community list” (available for inspection at: http://europa.eu.int/comm/transport/air/safety/flyw ell_en.htm) detailing air carriers that are subject to an operating ban within the EU Community. Under EU Law, you have rights in some circumstances to refunds and/or compensation from the airline in cases of denied boarding, cancellation or delay to flights. Full details of these rights will be publicised at EU airports and will also be available from airlines. Reimbursement in such cases is the responsibility of the airline and will not automatically entitle you to a refund of your holiday price from us. Your rights to a refund
and/or compensation from us are set out in clause 7 above. If the airline does not comply with these rules you should complain to the Air Transport Users Council on 020 7240 6061 or refer to www.auc.org.uk This brochure is our responsibility, as your tour operator. It is not issued on behalf of, and does not commit the airlines mentioned herein or any airline whose services are used in the course of your travel arrangements. Please note that in accordance with Air Navigation Orders in order to qualify for infant status, a child must be under 2 years of age on the date of its return flight.
16. Brochure details We make every effort to ensure that our brochure is as accurate as it possibly can be at the time of printing; however, it is compiled many months before our holiday programmes begin. It is therefore possible that advertised facilities may be withdrawn or changed for reasons beyond our control. At certain times of the year, some facilities may be withdrawn and maintenance work may mean that an hotel limits services, such as airconditioning, water supply, etc. Time permitting, we will notify you of any known changes or building work that would seriously impair your holiday enjoyment. The operation of excursions is dependent on there being a sufficient number of participants. Travel information is provisional and approximate only. Confirmed details will be shown on your travel documents.
17. Prices and brochure accuracy Please note, the information and prices shown in this brochure may have changed by the time you come to book your holiday. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the brochure and prices at the time of printing, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen holiday (including the price) with us or your Travel Agent at the time of booking.
18. Delay In the unlikely event of an aircraft or boat being delayed for more than 3 hours (in liaison with suppliers of services), African Safari Club will endeavour to ensure you are kept as comfortable as is reasonably possible. Wherever it is practical to do so, and dependent on individual airline/boat policy, and the circumstances of the delay, refreshments, meals and accommodation appropriate to the length of the delay and the time of day may be provided, subject to the facilities and services available. African Safari Club’s intention will always be to minimise any inconvenience to our customers. We cannot accept liability for any delay which is due to any of the reasons set out in clause 9(2) of these Booking Conditions (which includes the behaviour of any passenger(s) on the flight who, for example, fails to check in or board on time). In addition, we will not be liable for any delay unless it has a significant effect on your holiday arrangements.
19. Safety standards Please note, it is the requirements and standards of the country in which any services which make up your holiday are provided which apply to those services and not those of the UK. As a general rule, these requirements and standards will not be the same as the UK and may often be lower.
20. Conditions of suppliers Many of the services which make up your holiday are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier’s liability to you, usually in accordance with applicable International Conventions (see clause 9(4)). Copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions are available on request from ourselves or the supplier concerned.
21. Insurance We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. You must provide us with details of your policy (insurer and policy number) at the time of booking. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you on holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs. Subject to clause 9 of these Booking Conditions, we can not accept liability or meet any claims in respect of any excess you may have to pay in respect of any claim made on your travel insurance policy.
22. Financial security The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 require us to provide security for the monies that you pay for the package holidays booked from this brochure and for your repatriation in the event of our insolvency. We provide this security by way of a bond held by the Civil Aviation Authority under ATOL number 2313. In respect of all arrangements including flights you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our Air Travel Organiser’s Licence. This means that in respect of all arrangements including flights, in the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not left stranded abroad or will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking except where your contracted arrangements with us do not include transport to and from the UK. In this case, if already abroad, you will be returned to the point where your contracted arrangements with us commenced. For further information, visit the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk. The price of our flight inclusive arrangements includes the amount of £1 per person as part of the ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) we pay to the CAA. This charge is included in our advertised prices. Not all holiday or travel services offered and sold by us will be protected by the ATOL Scheme. We are also a member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA number V4000). If your holiday does not include flights, ABTA will financially protect your holiday in the same way.
23. Behaviour If we, or any other person in authority is of the reasonable opinion that you or any member of your party is behaving in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger or upset to any other person or damage to property, we will be entitled to terminate the holiday of the person(s) concerned. The person(s) concerned will be required to leave the accommodation or other service and we will have no further responsibility to them including any return travel arrangements. No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination. You will be responsible for making full payment for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party during your time away. Payment must be paid direct at the time to the service supplier concerned failing which, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us (together with our own and the other party’s full legal costs) as a result of your actions.
24. Excursions We may provide you with information (in our brochure and/or when you are away) about activities and excursions which are available to purchase through other suppliers in the area you are visiting. Where we have not agreed to arrange, provide or perform these activities or excursions as part of our agreement with you, subject to these Booking Conditions, we do not accept any responsibility for them even where we suggest or recommend a particular operator or supplier and/or assist you in any way in booking such activities or excursions.
25. Passports, visas and health requirements The passport, visa and health requirements applicable at the time of printing to British citizens for the arrangements we offer are shown in our applicable brochure. Non-British passport holders must check passport and visa requirements with the Embassy or Consulate of the country(ies) to or through which they are intending to travel. Requirements may change and you must check the up to date position in good time before departure. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. We regret we cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results to fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.
