Shop drawn…delivered to site
AFS LOGICWALL® and REDIWALL® Systems were chosen to replace all blockwork from ground floor walls through to rooftop. Not only were we chasing a tight program on this project, AFS LOGICWALL® and REDIWALL® Systems were shop drawn system and delivered to site in packs allocated for all areas across the slab. The whole floor arrived on two semis which provided us with significant reductions in crane time. In addition to this, the system had very little waste when compared to a wet trade material like block work. We had a very enjoyable experience on our first project so much so that our director here at Bulkbuild Digen has now had AFS fully designed into his very own development and we will be using it across our other key client projects ongoing. The solution for tight situations
Using AFS LOGICWALL® on this project helped greatly in terms of buildability as it was a very tight the site. We were building to the boundary on all 4 sides—hard up against buildings on two sides and two very narrow street frontages on the others. We needed a system that was easy to handle on a site where there was very little room to move.
