Griffintown, Reborn!

Located near the Lachine Canal, here is a project that resolutely carries a vision of promoting the urban requalification of a booming sector, the Griffintown district of Pointe-Saint-Charles.

AT THE HEART OF THE ACTION At the turn of the 2000s, the successive phases of the Lowney project made it possible to revitalize the Griffintown District. Continuing this momentum, real estate developer Prével puts the Quartier Général in orbit in the sector’s west end. Close to all these commercial, collective or cultural centers that contribute to the rebirth of the district, the project sits in the “eye of the storm”, at the heart of the action and of a healthy urban hood.

CLOSE TO THE CANAL Using the Lachine Canal as a backdrop, the project revolves around a volume parallel to William Street, an urban strategy employed when deploying other projects along this axis of river communication. The project is inspired by a surrounding commercial presence by dedicating the entire ground floor facing William Street to this use, as well as part of the same level facing Richmond Street.

HISTORY & INNOVATION True to the leader’s approach to real estate development, this project is inspired by the industrial constructions of a former working-class district which is one of the oldest in the city.

HERITAGE & URBAN FABRIC Well integrated into the surrounding urban fabric, the Quartier Général project takes advantage of the public space and highlights the historical layouts that have always structured the sector.

Project Les Loges

Canada Québec, Canada lesloges.ca

Front Row Ticket to the City of Tomorrow

Montréal’s Les Loges hosts the ideal opportunity to better imagine, better design and better rethink the living space and its integration into the environment.

LONG LIVE DIFFERENCE Undertaken by Vivenda, this 308-unit real estate project offers its occupants more than 20,000 square feet of common areas, with access to refined amenities such as a swimming pool, three rooftop terraces, a coworking space, a gym and an urban chalet.

CLEVER CONTEMPORARY EXTRAS Reinforcing the project’s design and technological character, each unit is equipped with high-end plumbing and smart thermostats. There are full-height wardrobes, generous windows and an open concept living space featuring nine-foot-high ceilings.

ACCESS TO EVERYTHING Connected to the Parc Maisonneuve, Espace pour la vie and the Olympic District green spaces, with the city center 15 minutes away by neighboring metro, the project also developed cycle paths and green paths which border it and allow its occupants to move actively across the island of Montreal.

MEET TOD! The project pushes the notion of comfort even further. It sets new standards with its audacious architecture and structures the dynamics of a new neighborhood by making it easier to live together. Here is a highdensity real estate development, structured around a high-capacity public transport station … a kind neighbor named TOD that gives owners a front row ticket to the city of tomorrow.
